Preachings

The Scriptures give a clear directive for what the tone of the last days will be. People will seek teachings that make them feel "comfortable" in their place with God. The opposite is true of our Lord Jesus. He tells us to deny ourselves, pickup our cross and follow him daily; otherwise we cannot be his disciples. The Apostle Paul also states what we need to continue in patience to overcome:

Is it a one time thing that happens or a daily, moment-by-moment walk? Is it for this life or only the one to come? Can righteousness be lost? Why does God make people righteous?

God's will is that we are content in our circumstances whether it means going through trials or sufferings, or to be in submission to the authority that God has determined in our lives (for we are all under some form of authority). God wants us to stand in the situation and be content with His will and to be faithful to love God and the people he puts us in contact with.

Find out what the Scriptures have to say about what judgment God is going to use to judge us and how we should view the time when not only all mankind will be judged, but how you will be judged individually. TRUE LOVE:

SANCTIFICATION IN HOLINESS:
"But the path of the just is like the shining sun, that shines ever brighter unto the perfect day. The way of the wicked is like darkness; they do not know what makes them stumble."
(Prov 4:18-19)

NOT BY FAITH ALONE:
"You see that a person is justified by what he does and not by faith alone."
(James 2:24)

ETERNAL SECURITY:
"Therefore, my brothers, be all the more eager to make your calling and election sure. For if you do these things, you will never fall, and you will receive a rich welcome into the eternal kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ."
(2 Peter 1:10-11)
